General[]

The Xeno Siege Casing is an advanced version of the Siege Casing that targets Alien weapons instead. It has better overall stats.

Strategy and Setup[]

Advantages[]

Xeno Siege Casings provide additional module damage and Kinetic-resistant health for the same mass, enabling your destroyers to be extremely effective in base combat.

Note that it cannot be stacked with other Siege Casing variants, unlike the Beam Capacitor.

Disadvantages[]

Xeno Siege Casings are useless in fleet combat because there is no increase in projectile speed. The extra health does not cost much mass, but the associated repair time is certainly not worth it.

This special takes forever to equip. Your time is better spent on putting on an extra weapon because it would provide a greater damage increase for the same refit time.
