Xeno Division ship weapons have Regular, Heavy and Xeno versions. The Heavy version is significantly stronger than the Regular version, while the Xeno version is much stronger than the Regular version and deals Alien damage instead. Some Xeno versions even have built-in specials.

|A short-range Explosive/Alien weapon that releases a barrage of devastating missiles with a brief reload. The explosions are very contained, however.|
|An anti-squadron Explosive/Alien weapon with short range, firing a continuous stream of light missiles.|
|An ingenious Kinetic/Alien weapon, with shells that shatter into a fan of projectiles upon impact, dealing damage to enemies behind the main target. Its extreme range is ideal for base attacks and battleship fights.|
