|— In-Game Description|
Genesis cruisers are slower than the Harrier frigate, but are more well armored. Generally, it has a balance between offence, defense and maneuverability.
Strategy and Setup
Genesis Cruisers usually are the most versatile T1 hull, the other being the Rancor Battleship. The Genesis can be a good tank but also can be a very maneuverable heavy hitting hull able to do hit and run techniques or usually kiting.
Genesis Cruiser's are the first hull you unlock and with alot of T1 Hulls they have a free instant repair allowing extremely high spam with these hulls. It also is much faster than any Corvette now with the new Rebalanced speeds allowing it to catch these types of ships.
The Genesis Cruiser while still a cruiser, is still extremely fragile and will usually die very quickly unsupported. This is why the Rancor Battleship is much more common than the Genesis as it has more firepower, better kiting techniques, and overall more durable.
