Strategy and Setup
With the near negligible minimum range, the Cluster missile is a really strong weapon for smashing apart stationary targets, and slow to medium moving enemy ships grouped close together, similar to the Hydra Missile. Plus, it has a very fast fire rate, making it near impossible for squadrons to get close unless firing on another ship.
Its mass is also very decent, lower than Manifold Missile at level 3, meaning that higher level weapons can be equipped on the ship without sacrificing a lot of mass.
The Cluster missile is however, quite short range, so Punisher Cruisers outfitted with it have to beware being kited by Battleship fleets as it will be harder for them to get in range.
The Cluster Missile may be fast firing also, but its shots do not track like the Hydra Missile, meaning it cannot hit fast moving targets like Frigates or cutters. However, unlike its previous version it only has a 20% deviation making it somewhat negligible, but it will still have trouble with fast moving ships.
It also cannot equip Xeno Munitions for its added effects, which many players believe it still gives which just wastes alot of mass.
It is also Xeno Division Hulls only, which limits the amount of options that it has in Fleet vs. Fleet combat.

- The Cluster Missile originally fired like the Hydra missile, albeit with less accuracy, spread and a quicker firing rate.
